Why CandleForrest?
There are thousands of trading strategy videos on YouTube. Great content gets buried under clickbait, and even the best videos are hard to reference later. You can't search inside a video, compare strategies side by side, or quickly skim the key setup rules.
CandleForrest solves this by extracting the actual strategy from each video — the setup conditions, entry signals, exit rules, stop loss, indicators, timeframes, and markets — and making it all browsable, searchable, and community-curated.
How It Works
- Submit a YouTube URL — paste any trading strategy video
- AI extraction — we pull the transcript via yt-dlp and run it through GPT-4o-mini to extract a structured summary
- Community curation — browse, react, comment, and save strategies to your lists
The AI validates that each video actually contains a trading strategy. Random vlogs and non-strategy content get filtered out automatically.
